4) Tara Donovan "Drawings (pins)"

Donovan was one of more established artists for this night's gallery visit. These artworks above are made by collection of pins. By carefully choosing the density and location of pins, she created beautiful illusions. The pins reflects rights and create some sparkles, it was very beautiful.
According to my research (aka Wikipedia), Donovan is born 1969, she is from NY, living in Brooklyn. She waited tables at restaurant while working her arts for long time, and she became big name by her show in NY in 2003. She uses materials like pins and scotch tapes to create large scale sculptures. This time it was pin, I am interested in seeing her other works. Her work is bought by Met. Impressive....
